Zachary MatthewsSoftware Engineer — Production AI Infrastructure

Zachary Matthews (Zac) is a Software Engineer — Production AI Infrastructure at NaviStone, based in West Chester, OH. He builds the behind-the-scenes systems that let humans and AI agents ship software together — from structured, governed delivery workflows to production AI infrastructure.

At NaviStone he designed and shipped The Forge, a governed AI orchestration platform running in production on AWS EKS: evaluation-driven hybrid RAG retrieval, multi-agent LLM pipelines with cost routing, knowledge-graph code intelligence, and the guardrails that make AI output trustworthy. He also conceived and leads Hubs of Knowledge, a company-wide permission-aware internal RAG initiative.
